Mary & Clair’s newsletters:
- Monthly stats from our RE Report – you can go to the main page and then navigate to whatever area you’re interested in, such as Mountain View, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, etc. or get the info on the whole county. This site uses sold data as well as current listings data, and also features the condo / townhouse market stats. On top of that, there’s a PDF newsletter that is released each month for the three counties that we cover: Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Santa Cruz County. (That said, 99.5% of my work is in Santa Clara County.)
- Weekly reports by city or zip code via Altos Research (uses only LIST prices, not sold prices, but can be viewed by price quartile, so very helpful). Here’s the link to Mountain View, but from this page you can navigate and find the area you want, then just sign up. This also includes data for condominiums and townhomes.
- We also send a popular monthly newsletter ourselves and normally crunch some data personally. (We use the Mailchimp platform). We tend to use info from the RE Report as well as data that Clair or I have pulled from the MLS. You can see our July 2024 newsletter here, and if you want to also get that, you can sign up on that page (upper left corner). (How popular? The “open rate” is usually between 50 and 60%, and last month’s was 64.4%!)
