Staying in touch

I believe that you should always be aware of the current status of your Silicon Valley home sale, whether it’s under contract or still being actively marketed for sale.

In addition to regular conversations, texts, and emails, I will inform you of the results of my marketing and advertising efforts and the response it has generated.  The virtual tour provider, TourFactory, provides a weekly summary of traffic to your property’s virtual tour.  Facebook will show how many times an ad was seen and how many times the link was clicked.

If the property doesn’t sell in the first three to four weeks I will perform a thorough marketing review. We will review how the local real estate market is behaving in your city or town (San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos, for instance), your general area (such as Cambrian Park, Almaden Valley, Blossom Valley, or Willow Glen), and in your exact zip code as well – since things can vary dramatically from one zip to the next!

I will contact real estate agents that have shown your property and asked about the buyer’s comments, using my feedback response survey and by phone if necessary.

I also will review our pricing strategy after analyzing viewer responses during showings.
